Refund Policy

This policy explains how access problems and refund requests are handled for SafeHouse: The Family AI Scam Defense Workbook.

Digital Ebook Access

The product is a digital ebook sold and supported by U11E Software Solutions Inc. It is delivered as PDF and EPUB files by private access link. Because the files are digital and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, refund requests are reviewed case by case after delivery.

When To Contact Support

Email [email protected] if you made a duplicate purchase, entered the wrong email, cannot access the files after using the access-link recovery form, or believe there was a checkout error.

Access Help First

If the issue is delivery or an expired link, we will first try to send a fresh private access link to the checkout email. Access-link recovery is available from the thank-you page.

Refund Review

Refunds are most likely to be considered for duplicate purchases, accidental wrong-email purchases that cannot be corrected, checkout errors, or delivery/access failures that support cannot resolve. A change of mind after successful file access or download may not qualify for a refund, but support will still review the request.

Timing And Safety

For the fastest review, contact support within 7 days of purchase and include the checkout email address. Do not send card numbers, banking details, passwords, or identity documents by email.
