The digital book SafeHouse: The Family AI Scam Defense Workbook. is sold and supported by U11E Software Solutions Inc. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean U11E Software Solutions Inc.

Information We Use

When you buy the ebook, Stripe processes the checkout and payment. We use the checkout email address, payment status, purchase identifiers, and support messages needed to confirm payment, send ebook access links, troubleshoot delivery, respond to support requests, and maintain purchase records.

We do not store full card numbers or banking details on this site.

Ebook Access

Private ebook access links are created for paid purchases. The delivery system may record access-link requests, download counts, file type, hashed IP address, browser information, and timestamps to prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and support legitimate buyers.

Analytics

The website uses Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and conversion tags. Analytics may help us understand which pages are viewed, which links are clicked, and whether the checkout flow is working. You can use browser privacy settings or content blockers to limit some tracking.

Email, Delivery, And Marketing

Transactional emails, including receipts, ebook access links, fresh-link requests, and support replies, are sent because they relate to a purchase or support request. We do not use purchase emails for marketing unless the customer has separately opted in or applicable law allows it. If promotional email is offered later, those messages will include a way to unsubscribe.

Service Providers

We use service providers including Stripe for checkout, payments, tax, fraud, disputes, and related payment services; Cloudflare for hosting, forms, email delivery infrastructure, storage, and security; and Google Tag Manager for analytics tag management. These providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries where they or their subprocessors operate. Their own policies also apply to their services.

Retention

We keep purchase, access, and support records for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the ebook, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain tax/accounting records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We may delete or anonymize records when they are no longer needed for those purposes.

Your Choices

You can contact support to ask for help accessing your files, to correct the email address associated with a purchase when we can verify the order, or to ask questions about privacy. Some records may need to be retained for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal reasons.
